- Community Forums-Community meeting(s) to determine specific economic needs. For example, public infrastructure, parks, housing upgrades.
- Grant Research-Federal, State, and Philanthropic grant services based on the needs determined.
- Grant Writing-Coordination to draft a grant proposal on behalf of the community/business.
- Grant Administration-Management of the grant after award.
