Northeast Oregon Alliance
Overview
The Northeast Oregon Alliance region includes Umatilla, Union and Wallowa
Counties. The region operates the Regional Investment Program to fund business
projects which will improve the economy of the three counties. The Alliance is
served by an eighteen member volunteer board, appointed by the county
commissions.
Funding Status
In the past, the Alliance board has determined how to invest Oregon Lottery
funds allocated by the state legislature for economic and community development
in the region. In 2007, the state legislature determined not to provide further
project funding. The Northeast Oregon Alliance will continue to monitor the
performance of existing projects.

The Alliance has created a new 5 year investment plan.
